Effective project management depends on timely access to accurate information and clear performance indicators. This ongoing project involves the development of a full-stack web application for a Project Management Office (PMO), designed to centralize project information and provide managers with real-time insights into project status and organizational performance.

The platform stores project-related data in a structured SQL database, enabling efficient management of schedules, progress records, and key performance metrics. By organizing project information within a centralized system, the application improves data consistency and simplifies reporting across multiple projects.

A major focus of the system is interactive data visualization. The platform generates a wide range of live charts, dashboards, and analytical reports that allow managers to monitor project performance, identify trends, track progress, and support data-driven decision-making. Reports are updated dynamically as new project information becomes available, ensuring stakeholders always have access to current data.

The application is being continuously expanded with additional reporting capabilities and management features to better support organizational workflows and evolving PMO requirements. Its modular architecture allows new analytical tools and project management functions to be integrated as the system grows.

As the software is proprietary and developed for internal company use, the source code cannot be made publicly available. Nevertheless, selected concepts, design decisions, and implementation details are presented on this portfolio to demonstrate the project’s scope and technical contributions.
